Process - How I work
I believe in efficiency and improving every day to provide the best value to my clients. The primary way I do that is by utilizing my differents skills that I've been developing for the past decades.
Discover
I work closely with my clients to understand their needs and goals, I put myself in their every day shoes to understand what makes their business tick.
My goal in this phase is to establish strong trust & confidence with my clients, ensuring I build this sense of collaboration between all stakeholders. I focus my attention on social and psychological affirmations to gain access to the necessary insights, thoughts, beliefs and pain points to build a client profile. Profiling is a crucial step to ensuring a mutual understanding and the right preparation for the following steps in the process.
Once the full profiling is complete, I report back with a comprehensive report including, the needs and more importantly, the next steps.

Build
Based off of the discovery phase, I develop a comprehensive roadmap for each solution and start working towards delivery. The roadmap is clear, concise and does not include any ambiguity, guarateeing the project is out live as soon as possible.
Communication lines are kept open and describe the actual progress of the project. Helping to establish a clear understanding of the needs and expectations.
This allows for the exchange of information, feedback, and updates, ensuring that the client's goals are met and that any issues or concerns can be addressed promptly, ultimately leading to a successful and satisfying business relationship.
The key is to provide regular progress updates to the point where it can be assumed that they are automated.
Deliver
Building on the insights gained in the Discovery and Build phases, I ensure the timely and efficient delivery of the solutions tailored to meet the client's specific needs.
By maintaining open communication lines and addressing any issues or concerns promptly, I ensure that the project progresses smoothly towards its completion.
Throughout the Delivery phase, I remain dedicated to fulfilling the client's goals, making necessary adjustments as needed, and ensuring that the final outcome aligns with the expectations established in the earlier stages.

- Quality Assurance and Testing. Ensuring the quality and functionality of the delivered solutions is paramount. This step involves rigorous testing and quality assurance measures to identify and rectify any issues or inconsistencies.
- Client Engagement and Feedback. Keeping the lines of communication open with the client during the delivery phase is crucial. Regular updates, progress reports, and seeking client feedback are essential steps.
